SAN DIEGO – A new company here has announced plans to roll out a new core data processing solution for credit unions.
The privately held Corelation, Inc., which is describing itself as a “member-centric core processing developer for the credit union industry,” has been hosting pre-screenings for certain credit union executives as it seeks feedback on the solution it plans to roll out early next year.
Corelation is led by CEO John Landis and President Theresa Benavidez, both of whom are veterans of credit union data processing and support; with Landis having helped design two earlier data processing architectures.
The new system has been developed in C++, SQL, Java, and JavaScript with XML and Ajax, offers XML based real-time API for third parties supporting all application functions, displays the entire member relationship in one place, offers one view of the transaction history integrated with file maintenance and monetary activity, and also offers multi-threaded design posts to allow for many transactions simultaneously, among other features. “We sincerely believe that this industry needs what we bring to the table,” Benavidez said.
