FORT WORTH, Texas - (08/03/05) -- Tens of thousands of OmniAmerican CUmembers were denied access to their funds over the past few daysafter a computer problem caused the host system to malfunction. Thecredit union shut its doors and disabled its computer systems,including all ATMs, over the weekend because of the systems crash.A credit union spokesman said a technical crew has flown in torepair the problem but gave no indication how long members would beinconvenienced.
