WASHINGTON – Congressional FCU reported yesterday it has signed a five-year
contract to move 30,000 signature and PIN debit accounts to PSCU Financial Services.

PSCU Financial Services has serviced the $500 million credit union’s credit card portfolio since 1985. By moving its debit/ATM operations, the credit union will benefit from relationship pricing and convenient one-stop shopping for its credit and debit/ATM platforms.
Under the deal, PSCU will also be responsible for driving the credit union’s ATM network.
