PHILADELPHIA – A man believed to have robbed five area credit unions and banks in recent weeks apparently struck again yesterday at a Wachovia Bank branch.

The man, dubbed the “Incognito Bandit” for his non-descript visage, is believed to have also robbed five other institutions in the city dating back to late February, including two banks within a block of yesterday’s holdup.
The others were at: Freedom CU on Feb. 26; St. Edmonds CU on June 6, Citizens Bank March 10; Citibank March 17 and M&T bank June 9.
