CORNING, N.Y. Corning CU has purchased the former Tower Bank branch in Chambersburg and will convert it into one of its own service facilities.
Tower Bank built the branch in 2010 but closed it two years later as part of its merger with Susquehanna Bank.
Corning CU purchased the property for $850,000.
