SYRACUSE, N.Y. - (12/22/05) -- Police are searching for two womenthey believe are using stolen identifications to create accounts atseveral area credit unions and cash counterfeit checks. Among thelocal institutions hit are MONEY FCU, State Employees of CentralNew York FCU, Syracuse Cooperative FCU and Countryside FCU. The twosuspects are also believed to have conducted similar scams in theAlbany and Binghamton areas, as well as Maryland, NewJersey.
