WICHITA, Kan. – Credit Union of America has agreed to buy the 24,000 square-foot west side office building from the Kansas CU League.
The $380 million credit union said the building will be used for corporate offices but will not include a branch. The facility will allow for a better staff training area, needed storage, and will geographically group departments that interact closely better, the credit union said.
The credit union expects to finalize the sale and take possession around September 30.
The Kansas league has owned the building for the past 10 years.
