Credit Union of Texas in Dallas has selected three new systems to more efficiently extract, integrate and harness data.
The credit union has selected the Symitar Episys core system for its customization, integration and scalability to increase process efficiencies and enhance member service.
The $1.3 billion-asset credit union also selected Advanced Reporting for Credit Unions for data warehousing and reporting and Episys Data Store for key business processes.
Credit Union of Texas also chose SymAdvisor, whose team will meet annually with its board to help it develop a plan to keep its core and other systems updated and in line with its overall strategic goals.
The credit union chose Symitar "because it is simply the best fit for our needs due to its high level of customization and extensive third-party integration," Eric Pointer, president of Credit Union of Texas, said in a press release. "Episys possesses a level of flexibility and scalability that can effectively grow with us in the future. We look forward to being able to spend less time on transactions and cumbersome manual tasks and more time fostering member relationships."
Credit Union of Texas has 13 branches in eight cities across the state.
