Creighton FCU Robber Whiffs on Third Strike

OMAHA, Neb. – A man who allegedly robbed the same branch of Creighton FCU two times before he was arrested Tuesday is on his third strike.

Police arrested 31-year-old Phillip Weber while they were conducting surveillance on the branch because of the two earlier robberies, on Feb.5 and Feb. 13.

After his arrest, employees identified the suspect as the same man who robbed them earlier this month.
