Cruise Promo Helps Grab Users

The $42-million Perfect Circle Credit Union here has begun to implement the Electronic Statement Presentation (ESP) product from Database Management Services, and said it is already ahead of user projections. The CU had earlier converted to the company's HomeCU online banking.

PCCU Marketing Director Carma Parrish said the year-end goal was 1,200 users of ESP, and PCCU was already more than halfway toward projections by March 31. The credit union has implemented a program under which accountholders who opt for e-statements get a chance to win a luxury cruise from Royal Caribbean or Carnival Cruise Lines. The credit union is also offering a cruise as an incentive to employees to sign up members for the service. The cruise offering was assembled by Crown Marketing Group.
