CU Eyes Landmark For New HQ

ANACONDA, Mont. - The Southwest Montana FCU has acquired a 100-year-old bus garage and plans to raze the building, built in 1907 as a trolley station, and build a new headquarters at the site.

The credit union plans to spend $3 million on the project, providing 9,000 square-feet of office space.

The new building's architecture will be historically sensitive and may include a historic presentation of the garage, which has housed buses since the 1950s.
