CU Realty Services reports 8 years of consecutive growth

CU Realty Services, a real estate credit union service organization based in Scottsdale, Ariz., on Friday reported 2018 as its eighth consecutive year of year-over-year growth.

The CUSO said it gave its credit union partners more than 20,000 home buyer and seller leads last year, as it helped close 4,000 purchase mortgage transactions through HomeAdvantage, its real estate marketing platform. The CUSO, which expanded its operations into Arizona in 2018, reported its client credit unions had mortgage pull-through rates of at least 82 percent when the CUs’ members used the HomeAdvantage program to purchase homes.
