SANTA ROSA, Calif. - (11/28/05) Eighteen representatives of RedwoodCredit Union rolled up their sleeves to assist Harvest forthe Hungry gardens here as part of the Sonoma CountyVolunteer Centers Hands Across the County day.Volunteers from the credit union weeded, mulched, piled compost,and did other tasks to help Harvest for the Hungry, anon-profit organization that grows and then distributes organicfresh produce to several homeless shelters and other agencies inneed throughout the county.
