A company spokesperson said no decision has been madeon the fate of those 11 locations or their employees, who provideproduct administration, call center and claims support. Plans areto expand the LoanLink Center that is jointly owned by CUNA Mutualand state leagues as part of drive announced in April by CUNAMutual CEO Jeff Post to reinvent customer service, while alsocutting costs.
