CUNA Mutual Opens Customer Service Center In Texas

FORT WORTH, Texas - CUNA Mutual Group officially opened its new customer operations center here last week as part of its ongoing effort to revamp its approach to customer service and streamline its operations.

"CUNA Mutual will test new technologies and work processes, as we build our customer service office of the future. This ambitious initiative will result in a substantially improved level of service to our credit union customers," said CUNA Mutual CEO Jeff Post at the time the operations center was announced.

CUNA Mutual's new Customer Operations Center will have the potential to house 700 employees in a 108,000-square-foot building that is being constructed in the Campus at CentrePort Business Park. The projected costs are approximately $12-million for the project.
