Representatives from CUNA Mutual, credit unions, the Chamber of Commerce and city council, as well as the contractors and consultants who built the approximately $15-million facility were on hand for the festivities. Earlier in the day, several call center representatives who have been working out of CUNA Mutual's temporary facility down the street were brought to the new facility where they fielded the first three calls.
