MADISON, Wis. - (07/12/05) -- CUNA Mutual Group signed athree-year extension of its contract with Objectivity Inc. tosupport CUNA Mutual's credit union-member database built on thecompany's Objectivity/DB. The database enables CUNA Mutual to builda scalable application that generates a unified, consolidated viewfor each individual from a large number of legacy databases and totailor its product offerings for cross-selling purposes. TheObjectivity/DB-based application extracts detailed memberinformation form more than 40 disparate systems, then extracts,filters and consolidates information, before storing it.Objectivity is based in Sunnyvale, Calif.
