COLUMBUS, Ohio – Dayton Firefighters FCU has agreed to finance the $3.2 million expansion of the Primrose School of Centerville with a $1.6 million loan that had been rejected by 20 other lenders.

The loan will go toward building a second school in nearby Washington Township.
The expansion plan calls for the owners to put up 10%, with 40% coming from a loan from Dayton’s CityWide Development Corporation, guaranteed by the U.S. Small Business Administration, with the credit union loaning the remainder.
