Mahaney is a 25-year volunteer withDEXSTA FCU in Wilmington, Del., and has served as chairman, Mahaneyrecently retired as senior facilities administrator for Dupontafter 30 years. Mahaney succeeds Robert Walls, who left the leaguelast year to take over as CEO of the New Jersey league earlier thisyear.
