PHOENIX - (01/14/05) -- Desert Schools FCU said raised awhopping $175,000 for Credit Unions for Kids and the Children'sMiracle Network during 2004. The credit union said it dideverything from employee barbecues and bowling tournaments, toconducting in-branch change drives, selling sun shades and dufflebags, and holding two golf tournaments to raise the funds. It isplanning similar efforts this year.
