The authority under the HUD Direct Endorsement program to underwrite and close FHA loans will help local realtors and borrowers save time and money by simplifying the loan approval process and help them close FHA loans in as little as 30 days.
Desert Schools members may be able to get an FHA loan with as little as 3.5% down.
