Digital Insight Corp. said that XP Systems, Summit Information Systems and USERS Inc.-each a business unit of Fiserv-have added Digital Insight's integrated, multichannel loan origination system, DeskTopLender Premium, as an authorized lender solution.
The new agreement expands upon a previously announced strategic alliance between Digital Insight and these Fiserv units, the company said. XP Systems, Summit and USERS support Digital Insight's consumer Internet banking suite and lending products, including AnyTimeLender, DeskTop-Lender and ContactCenterLender.
Separately, Digital Insight also announced:
* It has entered into a strategic alliance with CashEdge Inc. to become the exclusive distributor to small and mid-sized financial institutions for CashEdge's instant account opening and funding solution. Under the terms of the partnership agreement, Digital Insight has pre-purchased a multi-year supply of New Account Open & Fund transactions from CashEdge for approximately $6.25 million.
* It is partnering with Cyota, Inc. to provide Digital Insight clients with Cyota's FraudAction anti-phishing solution.
"The service includes shutting down fraudulent sites and collecting forensic information to help prevent future attacks, with options for detecting and identifying phishing attacks in real-time," said Digital Insight, adding that additional features available to clients include a web dashboard that provides ongoing status updates if an institution is attacked, real-time alerts to identify new threats, and countermeasures to dilute the results of phishing attacks.
* It has expanded long-term agreements with the $2.6-billion Digital Federal Credit in Marlborough, Mass. and the $2.8-billion-asset ESL Federal Credit Union in Rochester, NY.
* VyStar Credit Union, Jacksonville, Fla., will move its more than 110,000 online banking members to Digital Insight's consumer Internet Banking platform.
The five-year strategic partnership is among the largest new business wins ever for Digital Insight, the company reported.
