HOT SPRINGS, Ark. – Hot Springs FCU has agreed to merge into Diamond Lakes FCU, creating a $50 million credit union with 10,500 members.
Hot Springs was chartered in 1948 and los $27,000 in 2008 and lost $15,000 in 2009 and has $8.5 million in assets.
Diamond Lakes was chartered in 1960 by the employees of Reynolds Metals in Jones Mill and now holds $42 million in assets.
