AUBURN HILLS, Mich. — Digital Dialogue rolled out an automated membership enrollment service yesterday. The service will allow prospective members to complete an online account application at any time of day or night.
Online member applications will be integrated with account opening and funding activities in real-time and customized to match the product description and funding requirements of each credit union. The enrollment service includes identity verification, such as Office of Foreign Assets Control checks, and other fraud prevention techniques so that a credit union does not expose itself to risk or loss.
Switch kit capabilities will ensure a smooth transition for new members wishing to move existing accounts to credit unions.
