The land includes 200 acres listed as “vacant” in East Wareham valued at $5 million and another 390 acres as “for RV resort” valued at $11.5 million, according to court records.

The filing is the second major hit taken by the $4 billion credit union over the past week, including last week’s bankruptcy by a Jaffrey, N.H., resort which has a $3.5 million loan with the Marlborough, Mass., credit union.
