Digital Insight Offers Real-TimeInterface With Members

CALABASAS, Calif. - (05/06/05) -- Digital Insight Corp. said it hasintegrated PageShare's co-browser technology into its Internetbanking solution. The system will allow credit union members usingthe system to interact in real-time with member servicerepresentatives during a secure Web session. The service is aimedat online banking users who require special help navigating orconducting transactions. While on the phone with the user, themember service rep can provide on-screen, real-time answers andinstructions by walking the user through their online options andactions.
