ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. - (12/09/05) -- Digital Insight announced Thursdayit signed a strategic partnership agreement with PSCU FinancialServices, to, among other things, manage its California callcenter. Under the deal, PSCU will operate Digital Insight'sSacramento, Calif., call center; will license Digital Insight'sloan origination system, called DeskTopLender Premium; and willresell Digital Insight products. As a result of exiting the callcenter operations, Digital Insight plans to take a one-time $1.9million write-down of expenses.
