BILOXI, Miss. – A former director of Biloxi Municipal CU was sentenced Tuesday to four years in prison for embezzling about $140,000 from the credit union over several years.
The judge also ordered Nancy Boney to pay $130,000 in restitution to the credit union.
Boney was taken into custody immediately after the sentencing Tuesday.
