HAGERSTOWN, Md. – Ongoing Operations, a business continuity and technology CUSO, on Monday said it has completed the acquisition of Thousand Oaks, Calif.-based Cloudworks, one of the first and most experienced cloud-based solutions providers.
The two have cooperated in a joint venture since 2010 that included a hosted exchange, online banking, websites and other hosted applications.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
