Discovery Conference Turns From Neon toNashville

LAS VEGAS - (06/26/06) – As the 2006 version of CUNAMutual Group’s Discovery Conference here neared its end, thecredit union insurer already is preparing for Discovery2007–which will be held June 20-23, in Nashville, Tenn. Toget this year’s attendees in a Nashville frame of mind in themiddle of Glitter Gulch, lunch on the final full day of Discovery2006 featured traditional Southern and Tennessee specialties suchas fried chicken, catfish, pulled pork, and bread pudding with JackDaniel’s sauce. A bluegrass band performed duringFriday’s lunch, and was joined by “Dolly Parton”(actually, an extremely accurate impersonator) for Parton’ssignature hit, “9 to 5.”
