DUBUQUE, Iowa – Dupaco Community CU has added 24/7 call center support to its lending and member services through CO-OP Member Center, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CO-OP Financial Services.

CO-OP Member Center lending services for Dupaco focus on loan processing, including recording applications and underwriting. Member Services covers after-hours and as-needed call center duties, handling account inquiries, routine transactions and other member interactions specified by Dupaco.
The Dupaco deal was secured through a combined effort of CO-OP Member Center and its marketing and services partnership with CU Service Network of Lakewood, Colo. Dupaco is a client of CO-OP Shared Branching from CO-OP Financial Services.
