DuPont Community CU Offers $19,000 In College Grants

WAYNESBORO, Va. – DuPont Community CU said last week it will award $1,000 scholarships to 19 area high school seniors during its annual meeting April 28.

This is the 14 straight year the credit union will award the college grants.

Eligible students include those attending high schools in DuPont Community’s service area, which includes Augusta, Rockingham, Rockbridge, Highland, Bath and Shenandoah counties and the cities of Staunton, Waynesboro, Harrisonburg, Lexington and Buena Vista. Students in local private schools and home-schooled students also are eligible.
