ATLANTA – Equifax reported a 6% decline in fourth quarter net income, even as revenues rose almost 4% for the quarter, due mainly to a $16.4 million restructuring charge.
Net income for the fourth quarter was $60.2 million and revenues were $464.3 million.
Fourth quarter highlights included two acquisitions: of IXI Corporation and Rapid Reporting Verification Company.
For the full year revenue was down 6% to $1.82 billion, while net income was down 14% to $233.9 million.
