NEW YORK – Edcomm Banker’s Academy, a provider of online credit union training, has introduced Credit Union Sexual Harassment training program for individuals.
Focus on Sexual Harassment for Credit Unions provides individuals the knowledge, skills and certification needed to prevent, detect and respond to sexual harassment in the workplace, the company said.
Focus on Sexual Harassment for Credit Unions is a computer-based, distance-learning program, which can be delivered via Internet, Intranet or CD. The program teaches sexual harassment compliance training using easy-to-understand language in an interactive, self-paced format. Topics include: What Is a Fair and Respectful Workplace?, Federal and State EEO Laws, Types of Harassment, What to do if Harassment Occurs, Retaliation, and Supervisor Responsibilities, among others. Upon completion of Focus on Sexual Harassment for Credit Unions, students will receive a Banker’s Academy Sexual Harassment for Credit Unions Certification (BASHCUC) to help advance their career in today’s banking industry.
