BOULDER, Colo.–The $736-million Elevations Credit Union has gotten the OK from state regulators to open its FOM to anyone who lives or works in Boulder and Broomfield Counties Such an expanded FOM was one reason Elevations moved to a state charter within the past year. “This improved access enhances our ability to deliver on our long range plans for controlled growth, expansion of our product and service offerings, adding new branches and enhancing our ATM network,” said CEO Bill Sterner.
