BEDFORD, Mass. – EMC said its RSA online security arm has agreed to acquire Tablus, a San Mateo, Calif., provider of data leak protection. Tablus will add data discovery, monitoring and classification, and data loss prevention capabilities to RSA’s online security services. RSA, which was acquired last year by EMC, is itself the product of acquisitions of PassMark Security, Cyota and Valyd Software.
