ENCORE, CO-OP In Agreement

ENCORE Electronic Services Cooperative, Inc., said it has reached an agreement to become a member shareholder in Ontario, Calif.-based CO-OP Network NCORE is a CUSO that offers ATM, debit, shared branching and merchant services to credit unions in seven states and Washington, D.C. "For CO-OP Network, this agreement continues to augment our growing presence along the east coast, while providing even more access for our members," said CO-OP Network CEO Robert Rose. The CO- OP Network provides an array of electronic services to its 1,230 member CUs, including access to more than 16,000 surcharge-free ATMs in North America.
