OAK RIDGE, Tenn. – Enrichment FCU celebrated the opening of its newest branch, a “dialogue” model that stresses member conversations with service reps.
The branch is made up of individual teller stations that are used in place of teller lines to handle all member transactions. This layout provides members greater privacy, allows for personalized and enhanced service, reduces transaction time, and eliminates the need for members to stand in line. A greeter is also positioned at the branch’s main entrance to welcome members and provide immediate guidance.
Atlanta-based LEVEL5 assisted the credit union with consulting, real estate acquisition, integrated design, branding and construction of the facility.
Enrichment FCU was chartered in 1950 to provide financial services to employees of the Oak Ridge Gaseous Diffusion (K-25) Plant and formerly was known as K-25 FCU.
