Entrust Slides into the Red

DALLAS – Entrust, the provider of digital security tokens to combat identity theft, reported a fourth quarter loss of $1.6 million, or three cents a share, compared to a profit of $3.4 million, or five cents a share, for the fourth quarter last year. Fourth quarter revenues rose 13% to $28 million. For the full year, Entrust reported a loss of $15.2 million, or 25 cents a share, compared to a profit of $6.4 million, or 10 cents a share, for 2005. Full year revenue declined 3% to $95.2 million.
