ATLANTA - (03/17/05) -- Equifax Inc. announced Wednesday its completed the acquisition of APPRO Systems Inc., the Baton Rouge,La., provider of online lending solutions for credit unions andother financial institutions, for $92 million. APPRO's LoanCentersuite of products and services serve the loan origination,underwriting and fulfillment needs for more than 150 financialinstitutions and auto lenders. Equifax plans to combine APPRO'ssoftware with its own InterConnect, Decision Power, and Applysystems.
