ERIE, Penn. – Erie FCU said Angelo Susi, a 47-year volunteer and former chairman of the board, passed away Sept. 9 at 84. Susi was chairman of the now $250 million credit union for 28 years, before retiring from the board in 2005. He also served on the credit and supervisory committees. Susi served in the U.S. Army during World War II, and retired from the Erie School District after 37 years as a teacher, counselor and principal.
