Exec Drained Dormant CU Accounts

ALEXANDRIA, Va. – Christopher Allen, a former senior vice president at Houston’s First Service CU, was banned from the credit union industry by NCUA yesterday for stealing funds from more than 100 dormant accounts.

Allen was sentenced last year to 32 months in prison and ordered to pay almost $32,000 in restitution.

NCUA also banned Kelly White, a former employee at Sussex County FCU, for stealing $33,000 from the Seaford, Del., credit union.

Also banned were: Arden Rohrer, a former employee of Henrico FCU, Richmond, Va.; and Keona Blagburn, a former employee of Newport News Neighborhood FCU, Newport News, Va.
