The 34,000-member Fairmont FCU here has renewed its data processing solution contract with EPL, Inc., Birmingham, Ala. FFCU has been an EPL client for 22 years, and has chosen EPL's in-house, web-based core processing solution, i-POWER. The credit union had spent 18 months reviewing vendor options.
Separately, EPL drew more than 100 people to its annual conference here, themed "Focus, Shape, Build, Grow and Change" in St. Petersburg, Fla. The agenda included presentations on how credit unions have implemented the new "I-Power" software solution. Separately, TVH Federal Credit Union in Tuskegee, Ala. has renewed its contract with EPL for another 10 years. EPL, which is wholly owned by credit unions, serves more than 150 Cus.
