Fairwinds CU Outsources Business BankingFunctions

ORLANDO, Fla. - (11/18/03) -- Fairwinds CU said it has signed withAurum Technology to outsource the processing of its businessbanking services. Fairwinds now processes its business bankingtransactions through Aurum's National Compute Center in Charlotte,N.C. The arrangement allows tellers of the $900 million creditunion to use Aurum's ViewPoint browser-based branch automation asan interface with member accounts; and member servicerepresentatives to use Aurum's business intelligence solution,which offers reporting functionality to help Fairwinds examinetrends, performance and activity. Fairwinds completedimplementation of the system in September.
