DALLAS– Authorities are searching for a man wearing a sling and bandage on his face who may have robbed as many as four credit unions and banks in as many days last week.

The robber, dubbed the "Crash Dummy Bandit," is believed to have hit United CU in Tyler, as well as the former OmniAmerican CU (now OmniAmerican Bank) in Euyless, and two other institutions.
The bandit is described as a white male, who’s at least 6 feet tall and has what authorities described as a "very large belly." He was driving a white Ford F-150 pickup.
