DALLAS - (12/31/04) -- The Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallassaid it will pay its members a 2.44% dividend for the fourthquarter, to be paid in capital stock. This is up from a 1.92%payout in the third quarter, also paid in capital stock. Thedividend will be paid to the bank's 890 members, including 36credit unions.
