MANISTEE, Mich. – Members of Filer Credit Union are starting their new year with a little something extra.
The credit union has paid a bonus dividend and loan interest refund of $58,000 for 2012, the third consecutive year it has done so.
“Our credit union has done very well this year and when that happens we return the money to our members,” said CEO Patty Preuss. FCU has more than 8,000 members.
