FLINT, Mich. - (08/13/04) -- Financial Plus FCU broke groundThursday on its third branch, a 3,000 square-foot facility thatwill include four drive-thru lanes and a drive-up ATM. The $2.1million projected is slated for completion in January or February.Members will be able to communicate with tellers through audio andvideo links, and send them transactions through pneumatic tubes.The $250 million credit union serves 33,000 members.
