BROOKFIELD, Wis. - (07/18/06) Fiserv announced Monday it hasacquired The Jerome Group LLC, a St. Louis, Mo.-based provider ofbusiness-critical communications and a full-service directmarketing firm. The acquisition is expected to help customers atFiservs Personix unit to build greater loyalty and drive newrevenues with new direct marketing initiatives. Ken Brown, head ofthe company, will continue to lead the new Fiserv division. Thefirms more than 300 employees will also join Fiserv. Termsof the deal were not disclosed.
