BROOKFIELD, Wis. - (06/14/05) -- Fiserv announced Monday it hasagreed to acquire Interactive Technologies Inc., a developer of feemanagement and billing software for large and mid-sized financialinstitutions. Interactive Technologies is based in Summit, N.J.,and develops software that enable institutions to better manage thecomplex, customized fee arrangements in financial services. Thecompany's Advantage Fee System is a multi-currency, multi-lingualproduct that is sold worldwide. Terms of the deal were notdisclosed.
